Penn State First Interim Report

First Quarterly Report of the Independent Athletics Integrity Monitor Pursuant to the Athletics Integrity Agreement Among the National Collegiate Athletic Association, the Big Ten Conference and The Pennsylvania State University.

This is the first quarterly report of Senator George J. Mitchell - the Independent Athletics Integrity Monitor - on Penn State’s progress in implementing the requirements of the Athletics Integrity Agreement among Penn State, the NCAA and the Big Ten Conference.
